During these challenging times we are pleased to confirm that despite the recent changes to restrictions we are able to continue to provide repair services while operating within Government guidelines.
We can confirm that in line with our Covid-19 amended and updated processes (see the content of our risk assessment document here), we will continue to service insurance claims, retail and Club SmartGuard customers, as well as corporate clients and any dealerships who, despite being closed for customer face to face sales, still require their vehicles to be repaired. All repairs will be carried out in line with both the risk assessment and in line with Government guidelines.
We regularly check all UK Government updates to ensure we adhere to regional work and travel restrictions. All our Technicians follow a strict contact-free repair process, wear relevant PPE, adhere to social distancing rules and maintain high standards of hygiene. Our priority is to keep our staff and customers safe at all times.
